Capital City Gripped In Fear!
time for Halloween, the second annual Killer Car Show strikes in Downtown Lansing! This free, family-friendly event showcases a line-up of weird, wacky and wild rides unlike anything on planet Earth.
The alien invasion begins on Saturday October 30, 2021 from 11am-3pm in front of the Lansing Center at the 300 block of Michigan Ave. JAMMIN’ DJs will be spinning an extra-terrestrial playlist, and the kids can ‘trunk-or-treat’ at participating cars. So bring a bag for collecting candy, wear an awesome costume and be a part of this spaced-out spectacle.
Featured vehicle appearances include a creepy collection of wheels from Nightmare Before Christmas, Jurassic Terror with a 20ft T-Rex, BumbleBee flanked by giant Transformers, and an army of Ecto-1s from the Great Lakes Ghostbusters Coalition to name a few. You’ll also see heaps of Famous Movie Cars, Zombie Responders, Hellacious Hearses, Monster Trucks, Radical Rat Rods and much more!
Some brave vendors will be on site selling some crazy merch, but watch out for the Martian from Mars Attacks along with other costumed characters roaming the crowd.
The Killer Car Show is presented by the Lansing Entertainment and Public Facilities Authority (LEPFA), and is one of three “thriller” events happening over the weekend which includes How-To Halloween and the Downtown Lansing Zombie Walk. If you are interested in participating, sponsoring, volunteering or would like more information,
we look forward to hearing from you.
